Glitchy and Crashes

It looked like it would be a very good app. High definition maps and a lot of features, like weather forecasts and NOAA warnings. I thought that I could replace two or three other weather apps with this one. I spent the extra $1.99 for the extra features, but now I am deleting. The app locks up and crashes way to often. Even when opening the app, it takes too long to load the radar.
